| 1965 - Joined Taiwan Association of Machinery Industry to enhance technical exchange with other members of the association. |
| 1972 - Technical cooperation with Japan Kanefusa Knives Co., Ltd., and technical workers were sent to Japan for training. Started with the production of Veneer Peeling Clippers / Slicer Knives for Wood-Working Industry. |
| 1979 - Technical cooperation with Japan Sanyan Riki Co., Ltd. and workers were sent to Japan for research and study. New Asia Knives Co. became the sales agent for agricultural mechanical knives and responsible for after-sales service in Taiwan region. |
| 1980 - Educational cooperation with Private Chung-Hsin School N.P.O to train skilled technical personnel in machinery industry and train future cadres. |
| 1987 - Technical cooperation with Japan Oyane Riki Co., Ltd. to establish Taya Precise Knives Co., Ltd. Staff was sent to Japan to learn production technology. Japan also sent technical personnel to supervise the production process of knives for Fax equipment. |
